Development blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also contained in this latest document drop appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and contains a legend detailing different parts of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring designs for dock shelters.
Further materials disclosed as part of the current congressional disclosure.
